Purpose of meetings:	To conduct the official business of the district in public.
Who may attend:	Residents, parents and other interested parties of the community.
Where and when:	2nd and 4th Monday of each month during academic year. One meeting in July and two meetings in August. Phillipsburg Middle School Commons, 525 Warren St., Phillipsburg, NJ - 7:30 PM
