Home Instruction is defined as homebound instruction by a certified instructor with a student due to a temporary or chronic health condition with a written determination from the student's physician requiring the projected need for confinement at the student's residence or other treatment setting.  It also may be required as a result of suspension or as mandated by a court.
The following section provides the documentation and forms required by home instructors as well as the guidelines for parents and/or students receiving home instruction.
