JOB DESCRIPTION: High School Chemistry Teacher
QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY:
1. New Jersey Teacher Certification in Chemistry
2. Competency in content knowledge/skills
3. Knowledge of the NJ Student Learning Standards
4. Student-centered focus
5. Required criminal history background check
QUALIFICATIONS, DESIRE
Student-centered focus
Excellent planning skills
Knowledge of teaching in high school
Utilize technology for instruction and assessment
Ability to make learning engaging and relevant
Competence in content knowledge/skills
Effective classroom use of Google Applications
