Facilities Use Request and Flyer Approval

Please review the following policies and complete online facilities usage request.

 
 
 
The Phillipsburg School District is now utilizing an online facilities scheduler.  Please review the policies below and then follow the link to complete your facilities request. 
 
New users should begin with Step 1 while returning users should start at Step 4.
 
NOTE: Outside organizations wishing to schedule facilities in the new Phillipsburg High School should first email us at [email protected] to check fees and availability. Please allow a minimum of eight weeks notice.
 
Organizations wishing to request the use of our pool must have a certified lifeguard and submit proof of certification.
  
The Board of Education reserves the right to deny requests and adjust the fee and rental schedule either upward or downward as it sees fit, based upon the proposed use of the facility, the amount of exposure to damage that may occur and the liability risks that it may incur.
