QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY:
1. New Jersey Middle Level Certification
2. Student Centered Focus
3. Personal attributes that include love of children, flexibility, and sense of humor
4. Required criminal history background check
5. Knowledge of Blended Learning experiences
QUALIFICATIONS, DESIRED:
1. Knowledgeable in the following areas:
• Experience working with at-risk students
• Experience working with parents
• Behavior modification strategies
• Student learning styles
• Middle School philosophy
• Teaming concepts
• Cooperative learning
• Understanding of adolescent development
