Preschool & Kindergarten Registration 25-26

Registration will consist of four steps. You must complete steps 1-3, including the online pre-registration, and locate and complete all required documents prior to attending your in-person appointment or Registration Fair (step 4), or the registrar will not be able to assist you at that time. |
STEP 1:
Download, complete and save all district forms needed for your registration application. All forms can be found here. These forms include the following:
- Notarized Affidavit
- You will only need this if you do not have a deed/lease for your residency. These must be notarized by a New Jersey Notary.
- New Jersey Registration Form
- Only one of these forms need to be completed according to the situation that best matches the student’s circumstances.
- PSD Medical Form
- Physical Form (This form must be completed by a Physician.)
- Parent Occupational Survey
- McKinney Vento Forms (if needed)

- Certified birth certificate with raised seal. (Even after uploaded, the original must be brought to your appointment/fair.)

Please note, preschool or New ECLC students SHOULD NOT schedule an appointment with the Central Registration office as they will be attending an in-person registration event to collect and verify required documents. During the in-person event, the Registrar will review the required documents and proofs of residency.
IMPORTANT: Write down the username and password when creating your parent/guardian account.
Registration Fair:
Wednesday, May 14th at 5:00 - 7:00 pm
Thursday, May 15th at 8:30 - 9:30 am
Staff will be available to assist parents with the registration process to enroll their student at the Early Childhood Learning Center or at one of the provider sites. We will answer general questions about the program, check registration packets for completeness (including nurses reviewing health records), and making any necessary copies of proofs of residency the parents need to complete the registration process.
