Preschool & Kindergarten Registration 26-27

Please note: If your student currently attends Preschool within the Phillipsburg School District (which includes the providers of ABC School and Norwescap), you do not need to register your student. They will automatically be enrolled as a Kindergarten student. 
 
In accordance with Board Policy, a child must be three years of age on or before October 1 to be eligible to enter Preschool for the current school year. 
 
In accordance with Board Policy, a child must be five years of age on or before October 1 to be eligible to enter Kindergarten for the current school year. 
Registration for 2026-2027
Registration for the 2026 -2027 school year for Preschool & Kindergarten will be opened during the month of March! 
 
All information you will need will be posted on this page before the opening date!
 

Registration Fair: 

Each year the school district holds a registration fair for all incoming preschool & kindergarten students. You will be able to attend an in-person Registration Fair at our Early Childhood Learning Center. You will be able to bring all of your documents that have uploaded and those that may have not been. 

This fair will be held in May 2026 - dates will be released in April

Staff will be available to assist parents with the registration process to enroll their student at the Early Childhood Learning Center or at one of the provider sites. We will answer general questions about the program, check registration packets for completeness (including nurses reviewing health records), and making any necessary copies of proofs of residency the parents need to complete the registration process.
