The Phillipsburg School District utilizes an online facilities scheduler. Please review the policies below and then follow the link to complete your facilities request. New users should begin with Step 1 while returning users should start at Step 4.

NOTE:
Please be aware of the following costs per day (paid in advance) for outside organizations before you request use of our Facilities. A security fee of $500 will also be assessed and is refundable as long as no damage occurs during your event.

Organizations wishing to use our pool facilities must have a certified lifeguard present.
Certification must be presented with request.
Insurance must be obtained for your event and presented with request.
The Board of Education reserves the right to deny requests and adjust the fee schedule either upward or downward as it sees fit, based upon the proposed use of the facility, the amount of exposure to damage that may occur and the liability risks that it may incur.
