Facilities Use Request and Flyer Approval

The Phillipsburg School District utilizes an online facilities scheduler.  Please review the policies below and then follow the link to complete your facilities request. 

 

District Policy 7510 - USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES

District Policy 243.1 - PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF SPORTS-RELATED CONCUSSIONS AND HEAD INJURIES (M) 

NOTE:
All requests need to be made at least 30 days in advance to allow for Board Approval.  No request will be accepted without Board Approval. 
 
Please be aware of the following costs per day (paid in advance) for outside organizations before you request use of our facilities.  A security fee of $500 will also be assessed and is refundable as long as no damage occurs during your event.

The Board of Education reserves the right to deny requests and adjust the fee schedule either upward or downward as it sees fit, based upon the proposed use of the facility, the amount of exposure to damage that may occur and the liability risks that it may incur. 
 
Any organization using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance uploaded when requesting the use of our facilities.  
 
Organizations requesting to use our pool facilities there must be a certified lifeguard present.  Certification must be presented with request.
