Meet Dr. Darlene M. Noel

The 2025-2026 school year marks Darlene's 31st year proudly serving the students and families of Phillipsburg. The hallmarks of her career are strong relationships and advocacy for students, families, and staff. She is passionate about making school a place where kids want to be and where staff members feel valued. Darlene currently serves as the Director of Student Services.
