1. New Jersey Elementary Certification
2. Knowledge of Reading Instruction and Assessment
3. Competence in knowledge/skills
4. Student-Centered Focus
5. Classroom management skills
6. Required criminal history background check
QUALIFICATIONS, DESIRED: The applicant should be knowledgeable about the following:
1. New Jersey Student Learning Standards
2. Balanced Literacy Strategies
3. Developmentally Appropriate Practices
4. Collaborative Teaching
