About the Board of Education

The Phillipsburg School District Board of Education is comprised of nine members elected by the constituents of the Town of Phillipsburg.  Additional members are representatives from our sending municipalities of:  Alpha, Bloomsbury, Greenwich, Lopatcong and Pohatcong.

The Board of Education holds regular monthly meetings at the Education Center, 50 Sargent Avenue, Phillipsburg, New Jersey.  These meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 P.M. in the BOE Meeting Room.  Check calendar to confirm dates.  Notices of these and special meetings are published in the Express Times NJ Zone and the Star Ledger.
